Our café menu has been curated by our directors Sharon and Victor - it even includes Sharon's Super Salad which is certainly an experience to be had - with up to 12 ingredients , all prepared freshly to order - just like all of our dishes, it's an experience to be had.

Katoomba's best kept little secret is PigeonLane@ONE88 - our little speak easy styled live music venue in the lower ground floor of Gallery ONE88 Fine Arts.  Each dish on our menu is carefully curated to compliment each individual event.  With dishes such as our Veggie Platter, Moussaka or our Beef Ribs served on a bed of mash potato and veggies, there is something for everyone. Servings are generous size and cooked fresh - no frozen food here!
